Yea uhm. Zack, I dunno how we've managed to miss each other in our respective holing-up but man ... so glad that's all (mostly) over now.

Still have a couple of things to do myself ... but ... pretty much done.

Entertainment. That'd be reeeeeeally nice right now. Or sometime soon.

Anyone doing anything for Halloween? Haunted houses around town? Parties? Dressing up and begging for candy, food, clothing, money, and etc? (haha)

Well hell. Did the power go out last night or somethin'? Because ... yea. I seriously JUST woke up. No way am I dragging my ass halfway across campus either to go to the last half of class.

So I guess that's me marking off another absence here. Ugh. How many do I have left before my grade goes down, anyway?

Sorry I wasn't around much this weekend for anyone who was wondering! But yea, I went job-hunting again since no one called back the first time around. Bastards. Probably because I have next to no actually practical job experience, yea?

Anyway, I think I found someplace finally! See, there's this new little store by the movie theater called PC Doctor. They, like, fix computers and laptops for people and charge less than the big electronics stores. The place isn't open yet but it's supposed to be soon ... and when I went by the owner was wandering around inside looking at the set-up of the place.

They had a sign up with a phone number for people interested in work but since the guy was -in- there, I just knocked on the window. He looked a little ... surprised I guess? But he let me in and we got to talking.

Turns out he's not really that much older, just like ... 26 or so I think? And this's his first try at a business of his own. So the talking turned to geek-stuff after a while and I think he's impressed enough with what I do know that he's willing to let me start working there when the place opens. And he'll teach the rest as we go along or something.

At any rate, he told me to come by next weekend for the opening or whatever, so YAY! JOB! MONEY!!

Well, I actually -went- to class today, not that I enjoyed it. But I figured I better since I skipped missed everything on Friday. Fuck, I hate being sick. Can someone just shoot me and get it over with?

I was better this morning though so I went. But now, yea ... some kinda ... relapse thing and I feel like shit again. Not to mention I didn't do any homework over the weekend so I got chewed out about that.

So I'm going to bed now ... hopefully so I can go to class tomorrow.

Managed to get to the advisment office or whatever it's called today ... changed my schedule. I dropped that advanced computer class 'cause holy shit I found out I really had no idea what I was doing.

Taking Latin Dance instead now ... first class tomorrow. I'm scared shitless to tell the truth a bit nervous about it, actually. Cielo, you're still going to class right, even though you can't uh ... do anything?

10:00-10:50 - BIO 101 - biology (w/ lab @ 1:10-3:00 on Monday)

11:00-11:50 - EN 101 - (ie comp 101) basic composition, etc.

Tues/Thurs classes
9:00-9:50 - COMP 132 - basic computer class

2:00-2:50 - ART 111 - art appreciation

Thur. only
5-7PM - DANC 151 - Latin Dance

And good God, I don't feel good ... I think I majorly caught something. I had a headache all fucking day today. Ow.

Yea, WHY is it again that every class has to have homework after the very -first- class? This's fucked up.

List of shit I've done today/tonight. 'Cause I don't wanna type more .... coherantly.

-Read the first chapter in the Art Appreciation book. Common sense, could have figured it out on my own, thanks. "Art is expression and design and an outlet for the soul and blah de fuckin' blah". What was the -point- of that? Didn't even have to write anything about it ... just read. Whatever.

-Read the stuff for Comp 1 ... wrote the stupid paper. I think it took me far longer than it should have ...

-Flipped through the first bit of the Bio book, half-ass answered the questions at the end of the first chapter. Kinda burned out by this point ... probably should've done the straight reading last. Ugh.

Going to sleep now ... so fuckin' tired. And I don't really feel good.

Naked foot races through the hall may not be the -top- of the list but ... they gotta be somewhere ON it. Maybe next time we should race outside or something? Everything was cool except for Grimmjow nearly biting my head off for -looking- at him geez what's up with that? until the big crash and pile-up. Urgh.

I -still- don't know who's elbow or whatever went in my eye, but it hurts like fuck now and I just know it's gonna look even worse than it feels tomorrow. At least we don't have classes again until Monday. But I'm so not looking forward to doing the homework for Comp with my eye half swollen shut.

Ok, so is anyone else thinking that maybe the prof. for Bio is a bit uh .... weird? 'Cause the way he was looking at all of us today was just a liiiittle bit scary.

And anyone out there got a Comp 101 book that I could, like, share or make copies of or something? Just until the bookstore decides they MIGHT need to order more, since apparently half the people in the damn class don't have one -_-

Now to go see if I can find a website or something with ... what was it ... MLA format? Since we already have fucking homework.

Holy FUCK I didn't know college was gonna be so damn complicated and hard! First day of class today and I'm finding out that taking the GED with little to no actual high school doesn't mean fuck-all as far as what you might know.

All we did today in most of the classes was get schedules of like, shit we're gonna do later. Sylla-something or others. And I don't even RECOGNIZE half the crap on the advanced computer one. Like, what in hell is all this language-shit? Computers have different -languages-?! Since when! I think I'm gonna drop that class and get in something else. Like FAST. The basic one is uhm. Ok. It's just shit like "this is how you save your document" and blah blah. But I think I'm gonna keep it just because it might be the ONLY easier class I have.

Art Apprc. isn't too bad either but it looks like it's gonna be more work than I thought. There's even, like, this project thing we have to do in groups where we research an artist and have to present something later. And we're already supposed to be reading chapters out of the book - which I don't HAVE yet.

Comp tomorrow might be a little better. I mean ... it's just writing, yea? Maybe that'll be ok. But I'm scared of Bio. I mean, yea, that was on the GED and I studied for it but after I TOOK the thing I kinda forgot most of the stuff because I was just memorizing and oooooh shit I'm so screwed.[/PRIVATE]

I need to get some books for classes now. Not the advanced comp one, that one's uh ... more complicated than I thought it would be. So I'm gonna get in something else ^^

But I need the Art Appreciation book and uhh ... Comp 101. The intro computer class doesn't have a book, thank GOD, he just hands out typed notes. Zack, didn't you say you found some students selling books at lower prices? Help me out, here!

You guys, I was just scanning through the news and I found out that Steve Irwin is dead! You know, Croc Hunter guy? Yea.

It's weird, the article says he got stung by a stingray in the chest while he was filming some kind of documentary. Isn't that wild? The guy who constantly works with the MOST dangerous snakes and crocs and scorpions and shit gets killed by a stingray. And it's really rare for stingrays to attack too ...

So! Anyone up for checking one or two of them out this weekend? I called 'em up earlier and you can get in as long as you're 18. Just can't drink unless you're 21 and all that shit.

So I've figured out that I'm poor even for a college student. I don't really have a bank account or anything and my cash situation is getting dangerous. So aside from hacking ATMs I need a way to make some money.

Think I'll go job-hunting today, maybe. God knows what I'm going to put on the applications for work experience.

Yea ... moved into the dorm today. No roomie yet. Actually I got here a lot earlier but ended up going on a shopping trip with a bunch of guys and one girl. Bought some shit for the room and all, but I think I need to go back later. Hm. Need to bribe someone with a car, though. Some of the things I still wanna get might be a bit big to fit on Deathscythe.

Now what do I have to bribe with ...? A few porn magazines, couple of tapes, more DVDs. Uhm. Tons of hair ties. Yea, I need to go shopping more often. Don't ask me for money though, I'm doin' good to be able to buy anything!
